When will my order ship?
If you have questions regarding the approximate ship time of your order, please refer to the Shipping link located within the left hand margin of each page. Please allow us the standard production (lead) time of five (5) business days on all approved purchases to personalize your order.
You may also log in to your account to view your order status.

What if I need it ready to ship sooner than 5 business days?
Simply add the $15.00 Two-Day RUSH PRODUCTION fee to your order and your order will be processed and ready to ship in two business days! You will be able to choose your shipping method during the check-out process. Remember- this fee applies to your entire order, not just one item!

How do I return an item that I've purchased?

Do I pay the shipping charges to return a broken item?
In the event that you receive an item that has been broken during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800.613.7031.

ALL Sale offers are ONLY valid for a specified time specifically stated on your sale flyer.

Gift Certificates

When does my Gift Certificate expire?
That’s what makes a Family Names Gift Certificate the perfect gift – there are no expiration dates to worry about! No hidden fees or charges either.

How Do I redeem my Gift Certificate?
Browse our site to find the items you wish to buy and add them to your Shopping Cart. On the Shopping Cart page, click Checkout. Enter the Gift Certificate number and the PIN (the four-digit number also located on your Gift Certificate) on the Payment Page during Checkout. (Please note: Some Gift Certificates do not have a PIN.)

If the balance available on your Gift Certificate is less than the total cost of your order, you will be asked to provide credit card information or select Pay by Phone.
