Satisfaction in your purchase is of the utmost importance to us! Please allow us the standard production (lead) time of 5 business days on all approved purchases to personalize your order. We require this time to ensure superior quality from our family to yours. All of our items will be shipped to your front door via UPS.

In the event that it is necessary, we can accommodate TWO DAY RUSH production! When you choose this service on your order placed by 2:00 PM E.S.T., you ensure that your order will be processed and ready to ship in two business days. There is a $15 fee for this service and it applies to your entire order, not just one item!

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment notification via email. For your convenience, this notification will include the UPS tracking number(s) for your shipment.

Return Policy
Your order is very important to us! Our goal is to provide you with a gift-giving experience that leaves you feeling elated not only by the quality of your purchase, but also the quality of service that you’ve received.

As a result we hold our Purchasing Department to a high standard when choosing an item to add to our portfolio. We guarantee that your personalized items will be free of any manufacturing or product defect. We inspect every item included in your purchase for quality and accuracy before it is packaged and shipped. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition with the original packaging for a refund or exchange of the same item. Understandably, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to a personalization order unless it is has a defect or production error.

All refunds and exchange requests are to be made within 30 days of receipt.

Items being returned must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number which can be obtained by calling 800.613.7031.

Please ensure that item is returned in “NEW” condition.

Please allow 3-5 days from the time we receive the item in our warehouse, to process your request.

For your protection, we suggest that all items being returned at our customer’s expense be sent by a traceable carrier. Remember to include your Return Authorization Number on the shipping label and return your package to:
